Farm Office Administrator

We are looking for a motivated, well-organised and hands on person to join a close family team and take on the important and diverse role of Farm Office Administrator.

As an integral part of the team, this role will involve bookkeeping duties, general business administration and the controls and systems necessary to fulfil the management needs of the business and the efficient running of the farm office.
A high level of IT competence is expected including good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. The role will include management of the sales and purchase ledgers running payroll, maintaining field records, completing assurance audits, the management of let properties and PA duties for the directors.

In addition to regular responsibilities, there will be a number of potential projects in which the candidate will be expected to be involved.

They will need to maintain relationships with external advisors and contacts and work without constant face-to-face management and referral.

Seasonal Arable Operator

We are looking for a seasonal arable operator to become part of our enthusiastic team!

The role would be from July through to October (weather dependent).

Duties will include:
🚜 Grain/Onion Carting
🚜 Cultivation's
🚜 Hedge Cutting

The successful candidate must have previous experience, a β€˜can do’ attitude and be willing to work long hours.

Other criteria include:
🚜 Full driving license
🚜 Forklift certificate is an advantage
🚜 Preferably over 21
